TAKE ADVANTAGE OF REGULATED BANKING MOBILITY

New banking mobility regulations allow consumers to easily change banks. Because of this, client volatility will significantly increase, which will benefit your market entry actions but will expose you to higher attrition rates.

Isilis has developed a client reward system with optimised financing
to boost the effectiveness of your sales activities:

Market Entry Actions

Actions de conquête

Developing new
client relationships

With extra volatility in the market, aggressive campaigns will be everywhere. With BACs, you can also go on the offensive without trying to outbid everyone else.

Encouraging banking

For the next 3 years after an account is opened, your challenge is to establish yourself as the client’s leading bank. BACs encourage and thank clients who choose you as their main bank.

Business Retention Actions

Actions anti-attrition

Fighting Attrition

Controlled banking mobility creates an unusual phenomenon: you will finally experience clients who abandon you!

Isilis gives your client advisers tools to better understand what motivates those who are leaving and even sometimes to change their minds!

MOBILITY FOR EVERYONE!

The Isilis mobility platform provides solutions adapted to your various client profiles:

MOBILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS

Mobility for individuals

Starting February 6, 2017, service provided by the final bank to its individual clients must follow the regulations defined by Article 43 of the August 6, 2015 Macron Law.

The Isilis banking mobility platform guarantees that the final bank complies with regulations but does not require a significant investment.

This platform also helps the bank fulfil its obligations when it is the initial bank (apart from retrieving banking transactions from the past 13 months, which remains its responsibility).

MOBILITY FOR PROFESSIONALS

Mobility for professionals

The Macron Law does not regulate banking mobility for professionals.

While the final bank does not have any obligations, it also has no opportunity to offer services comparable to individual banking because the initial bank does not have to respond to the final bank’s request.
However, banking mobility offered to professionals follows a business imperative: repatriating recurring transactions from the new account and thereby establishing a primary relationship with the new Pro client.

The Isilis banking mobility platform allows banks to serve pro clients without relying on the initial bank.

MOBILITY DUE TO MERGERS

Mobility due to mergers

Bank mergers mean merged accounts must be renumbered, which in turn requires communicating these accounts’ new BIC/IBAN to issuers.

A merged bank sends a reception and integration contract, which is supposed to ensure issuers’ files are updated but it’s obvious that many errors fall through the cracks.

The Isilis platform provides supplementary updating solutions.

INHERITANCE SERVICE FOR HEIRS

INHERITANCE SERVICE
FOR HEIRS

When a death occurs, heirs must alert issuers and give them instructions based on their wishes. For example: Should electric service be terminated or continued? etc.

The Isilis banking mobility platform contains an “Inheritance” module that provides this service to heirs. By offering them this service, the deceased person’s bank has the best chance to extend the relationship with the heirs and to continue managing these assets.

ISILIS MOBILITY PLATFORM

Leader in assisted bank domiciliation changes for many years. The Isilis mobility platform is evolving and will allow you to easily transition to controlled mobility.

80%

of banks in France have adopted the Isilis mobility platform

90%

of the largest issuers such as Trésor Public, EDF, Orange, and more are interconnected with the Isilis platform

4 million

messages sent by Isilis per year to issuers

2/17

Banking mobility regulations go into effect (article 43 of the Macron Law). The Isilis platform will handle SEPAmail Aigue-Marine workflows and non-SEPAmail Aigue-Marine workflows on behalf of its bank clients.

3

Starting in February 2017, banking mobility will involve a bank in its 3 roles as final bank, initial bank, and issuer’s bank.

BPO

Business Process Outsourcing: banks will work with Isilis to determine the level of banking mobility outsourcing that best meets its needs.
